Who we Are
We are a specialist 10 bed modern and privately owned home providing health, social and housing options. The home is run by mental health professionals with a wide range of experience. The home accepts adults with mental health problems, mild learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and respite services. We are located near London Colney, along Barnet Road, St Albans, Hertfordforshire
Our Mission
To promote recovery and independence of clients who have enduring mental health problems and who are being integrated into the community. We also provide services for clients who have learning disabilities, mild and high functioning autism and respite care
Our Services
We provide a care pathway as well as housing options to service users with enduring mental health, associated borderline or mild learning disabilities and mild/high functioning autism. We also provide respite to the same care group.
The stakeholders are registered mental health nurses with vast experience having worked within healthcare for the same care group.
At Holistic Housing and Care Ltd, our core goal is achieving an outcome that is focused on enhancing our client’s experience and safety in line with the client’s individual needs. We provide a number of tailored services to our clients: -
We have a collaborative approach to risk assessment and management ensuring the patient is provided with a holistic, individualized formulation and treatment pathway. We employ positive risk taking as recommended by the Nice guidelines on supporting the above care group, ensuring that the patient is fully involved.
Our overall mission and heart lie in achieving both quality care and recovery of our service users to effectively integrate them back into the community. In this regard, we have taken great strides to ensure that we can provide you and our service users with exceptionally and highly trained nurses and care coordinators with vast experience in both social and housing care. We would like to partner with you to build a positive relationship that ultimately provides patient centrist care to the service users and provides them with quality care in a safe supportive environment.
