​​Mental Health Care

​We provide expert tailored care and support for people with a range of mild, moderate or severe mental problems, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and borderline personality disorder.

Our supported living services offer people tailored and targeted support while retaining the benefits of independent living. We support people to live in the own home and participate in the local community as well as supporting them in accessing employment and further education.

Care plans are based on individuals’ needs, choices and wishes and we provide support with everyday tasks such as domestic duties and budgeting, as well as social and recreational pursuits. Through supported living, we encourage and motivate each person to increase their independence, confidence and self-development and maintain choice and control over their lives and priorities.

We also provide homely and supportive environments. In everything we do we focus on the needs of the people we support. Support is tailored to the needs, choices and aspirations of each individual and we focus on maintaining the privacy, dignity and independence of each person. We develop a range of therapeutic, leisure and social activities for people to become involved with. Our residential homes offer 24-hour supervision by our highly experienced and skilled healthcare assistants and mental health nurses.

Respite care

Everybody needs some time for themselves, even more so when they care for someone else. This is where respite care can be integral to you and your carer's routine.

Our service gives families and carers a chance to take a break from their caring responsibilities overnight, for several days or weeks.
Our highly experienced staff provide the essential level of support needed so families can rest assured their children are safe and supported when they stay with us.

​Learning disabilities

We provide expert tailored care and support for people with a range of mild, moderate or severe learning disabilities including autism, Asperger’s syndrome and sensory processing disorder.

Through our supported living services, we support people to stay in their own homes and retain their independence. Our tailored and targeted support is based on individuals’ goals, wishes, needs and aspirations and we look at what people can achieve independently, not just what they need assistance with. We believe that every person with a learning disability has the right to live a lifestyle of their own choosing and has the right to live in their own home and be part of a community. We provide support with everyday tasks such as domestic duties and budgeting, as well as social and recreational activities.

We also provide comfortable and well-equipped care homes for people with mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities. Support is tailored to each individual’s needs, wishes and goals and we work with each person to create a bespoke care and support plan. We support people to live a fulfilling and rewarding life, supporting them in their daily activities and tasks and maintaining their independence. We provide a diverse range of leisure and recreational activities that people can choose to become involved with and offer care from a team of highly skilled and experienced nurses and care assistants.

Client Group

​Initial referrals are primarily targeted at  individuals who require some level of supported living accommodation and care and support services.  The majority of our present service users are people whose needs are complex and or high risk.
